कोरोना वायरस से मानवता को बचाने के लिए ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करें।

कोरोना वायरस के दुनियाभर में फैल जाने से मानवता के अस्तित्व को खतरा पैदा हो गया है। सम्भवतः यह पहला  अवसर है जब ये महामारी दुनियाभर में एक साथ फैली है। बताया जाता है कि यह महामारी चीन से शुरू हुई जहां बड़ी संख्या में लोग इस महामारी की वजह से मारे गए। क्योंकि कोरोना वायरस के मरीजों के इलाज के लिए अभी कोई दवा उपलब्ध नहीं है इसलिए इससे बचने का एक ही रास्ता है खुद को दूसरों से दूर रखना और भीड़भाड़ वाली जगह पर न जाना। यही वजह है कि जिस देश में ये फैल गया है वहां की सरकार द्वारा लॉकडाउन अर्थात सरकारी और निजी कामकाज बंद कर दिया गया है और लोगों ने खुद को अपने घरों में बंद कर दिया है। हमारे भारत देश में भी लॉकडाउन की घौषणा कर दी गई है और अगर कोई इसकी अवहेलना करता है तो ऐसा करने के लिए उससे सख्ती से निपटा जा रहा है। इटली, अमेरिका, स्पेन, ब्रिटेन, ईरान आदि देशों में कोरोना ने कई हजार जानें अब तक ले ली है। हमारे देश में कोरोना के मरीजों की संख्या दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ती जा रही है और इस पोस्ट के लिखे जाने तक ऐसे मरीजों की संख्या 1192 तक पहुंच चुकी हैं और मरने वालों की संख्या 29 है। कोरोना से मरने वालों की संख्या और इससे संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या का विवरण बहुत भयावह है। जैसा कि बताया जाता है कि कोरोना वायरस से अब तक 34018 लोग मारे गए हैं और 7.2 लाख से ज्यादा लोग इससे संक्रमित हैं। दुनियाभर के वैज्ञानिकों ने इस खतरनाक महामारी पर नियंत्रण और इसके खात्मे के काम में जुट गए हैं लेकिन इस खतरनाक महामारी के इलाज के लिए कब दवाएं तैयार हो पाएंगी ये अभी अनिश्चित है। वास्तव में इस वक्त सारी मानवता इस कहावत को सच होता देख रही है कि रोकथाम इलाज से बेहतर है। ऐसी स्थिति में मानवता के पास सर्वशक्तिमान ईश्वर से प्रार्थना के अलावा कोई रास्ता नहीं है कि वो इस खतरनाक महामारी को अपनी असीमित शक्ति से दुनिया से मिटा दे और अपनी दया लगातार हम पर बनाए रखे।          

हर आपदा के समय मानवता ने इसके खात्मे के लिए ईश्वर की मदद का सहारा लिया कयोंकि मानव जानता है कि दुनिया की किसी भी समस्या का समाधान ईश्वर ही कर सकता है यही कारण है कि इस ब्रह्मांड की उत्पत्ति के बाद से मानव जाति ने जब-जब आपदाओं से छुटकारे के लिए किसी और शक्ति को सक्षम नहीं पाया तब उन्होंने ईश्वर को ही अपनी सहायता के लिए पुकारा। मानव जाति ने हमेशा सर्वशक्तिमान ईश्वर के सामने अपना सिर झुकाया और जो उनकी समस्याओं को बिना किसी पक्षपात के हल कर देता है। अब इस खतरनाक महामारी से बचने और इसके खात्मे के लिए ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करने का समय है। इसलिए मैं आप सभी से अपील करता हूं कि आप सभी खुद को और सारी मानवता को इस खतरनाक महामारी से बचने के लिए ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करें।

दिल्ली जल रही थी और मोदी चैन की बांसुरी बजा रहे थे।

यह शीर्षक इस कहावत "रोम जल रहा था और नीरो चैन की बांसुरी बजा रहा था" से लिया गया है। यह कहावत ऐसे किसी स्थान और देश की और संकेत करता है जहां कानून और व्यवस्था नाम की कोई चीज नहीं रह गई है और चारों ओर अराजकता फैल गई है और लोग एक दूसरे की हत्या कर रहे हैं और सभी प्रकार के अपराध बिना किसी रोकटोक के अंजाम दिए जा रहे हैं। उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली के एक हिस्से में कुछ दिनों पूर्व यही स्थिति देश और विश्व के लोगों ने जब देखा कि दो धार्मिक गुट एक-दूसरे पर हमलावर हो गए और एक-दूसरे की बिना रोकटोक निर्मम हत्या करने लगे जिसके नतीजे में अब तक 49 लोग मारे गए हैं। देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में अराजकता की यह स्थिति देखी गई जबकि हम कई क्षेत्रों में 'विश्व गुरु' होने की शेखी मारते हैं। यह हमारे लिए शर्म से डूब मरने की बात है कि हमने उत्तरपूर्वी दिल्ली के एक छोटे से हिस्से में इस स्थिति को बदतर होने की 3 दिन तक छूट दी। अराजकता की यह स्थिति हमें 2002 में गुजरात में हुए नरसंहार की याद दिलाती है जिसमें उन्मादी भीड़ द्वारा बिना रोकटोक के 2500 से 3000 मुसलमान मारे गए थे क्योंकि पूरी पुलिस मशीनरी हाथ पर हाथ धरकर खामोश तमाशाई बनी रही। उस समय मुसलमानों के घर पर निशान लगाया गया था ताकि उन्हें हमले के समय चिन्हित किया जा सके। उस समय मीडिया में प्रकाशित रिर्पोटों के अनुसार पुलिस उस समय भी दंगा ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में नहीं गई जब उन्हें फोन पर दंगा पीड़ितों द्वारा बचाने के लिए सूचना दी गई। इसकी एक मिसाल कांग्रेस के पूर्व सांसद एहसान जाफरी की है जिनके यहां से पुलिस को उनके घर पर दंगाइयों द्वारा हमला किए जाने के समय पुलिस को बार-बार सूचित किया गया लेकिन पुलिस वहां नहीं पहुंची और जाफरी और उनका परिवार मारा गया। यहां यह जिक्र असंगत नहीं होगा कि मोदी उस समय गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री थे। स्वतंत्र भारत में मुसलमानों का इतने बड़े स्तर पर कत्लेआम की पहली घटना थी जिसकी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर काफी आलोचना हुई थी और बहुत से देशों ने मोदी को उस समय वीज़ा देने से इंकार कर दिया था जब उन्होंने वीज़ा के लिए आवेदन किया था।     

दिल्ली में दंगा एक विशेष गुट को एक दूसरे गुट को मारने के इरादे से करवाया गया। अगर ऐसी योजना नहीं बनाई गई होती तो दिल्ली में दंगा ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में जाने से पुलिस को नहीं रोका गया होता। सवाल उठता है कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने दंगाइयों के खिलाफ 3 दिन तक कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की और दंगा रोकने के लिए तुरंत कदम क्यों नहीं उठाया? अगर दिल्ली पुलिस ने कार्रवाई नहीं की तो केंद्र सरकार विशेषकर गृह मंत्रालय ने दंगा रोकने के लिए क्यों नहीं कुछ किया। यहां यह बात स्मरणीय है कि दिल्ली पुलिस दिल्ली सरकार के अधीन नहीं है। यह केंद्र सरकार के अधीन है और केंद्र सरकार इस मुद्दे पर मूकदर्शक बनी रही और इस प्रकार हत्या आगजनी और लूटपाट की घटनाएं बेरोकटोक जारी रही। ऐसा लगता है कि इस बर्बरता पूर्व और असभ्य रोकने के लिए कोई सरकारी मशीनरी मौजूद ही नहीं थी। जहां तक दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का संबंध है उनके अधीन पुलिस नहीं है इसलिए वो दंगा रोकने के संबंध में असहाय थे। यह केंद्र सरकार की विशेषकर दो सर्वोच्च पदाधिकारी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह की जिम्मेदारी थी कि वें दिल्ली में शांति बनाए रखने और स्थिति को बदतर होने से रोकने का प्रयास करते।     

उक्त परिस्थितियों पर विचार करने पर कोई भी इस नतीजे पर पहुंच सकता है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह दिल्ली में अमन और शांति बरकरार रखने के इच्छुक नहीं थे और यही चाहते थे कि एक विशेष गुट से संबंधित लोग मारे जाएं। दिल्ली में दंगा रोकने के उनके इरादे को जाहिर नहीं किए जाने की उनकी सोच से लोगों को यह कहावत याद आती है कि "रोम जल रहा था और नीरो चैन की बांसुरी बजा रहा था।"

Delhi was burning and Modi was playing flute...

This heading has been incurred from the proverb "Rome was burning and Nero was playing flute". This proverb indicates the enarchy situation of a place are a country where law and order have been collapse and people are free to kill one another and they can commit all crimes without being stopped. The situation of a pocket of North East Delhi has been seen by the world a few days ago when two religious groups clashed with each other and went on killings spray for 3 days without the any hindrance resulting in 49 persons have been reporting to be killed. In Delhi the capital of India saw this enarchyic when we have been boasting that our Motherland is very civilized land we have been 'Vishwa Guru' in many areas. It is a shameful thing for us that we allow the situation to be taken ugly shape and let it to be continued. The enarchic situation of a pocket of North East Delhi remaining for 3 days reminds us the bloodshed took place in Gujarat in 2002 when 2500 to 3000 Muslims had been killed by the frenzy mob who had gone on Killing spree without any hindrance as Police machinery remained silent spectators. At that time a particular marks on the houses of Muslims had been put up special mark for identification of houses of muslims on the occassion of attacks. It had been reported in the media at that time that Police had not come to the scenes of crimes on having being asked by the victims for helps. One of the example of Police inaction was the incident of killing of Ahsan Jafri, former Member of Parliament, Congress. Media reported it that police had not turn up the riots scene when the dozen of phone calls had been made to Police for help but it was in vain, resulting in Ahsan Jafri and his family members had been brutally killed by the rioters. It is not irrelevant to say it that Narendra Modi was Chief Minister of Gujarat at that time. In Independence India, the carnage of Muslims on such a large scale was perhaps the first incident which had been severly condemn on International level and many countries had denied visa to Narendra Modi when he had applied for it.               

The Delhi riots have been gotten awkard with the intention of giving free hands to the rioters of a particular section for Killing another section of people. If it had not been planned the police machinery in Delhi had not been stayed away from the riot affected areas were 49 peoples were killed. The question rises why did Delhi Police not take action against rioters for 3 days and not tried to control riots immediately? If Delhi Police was inactive, why the Central government especially Home Ministry had not taken action to curb the riots. It should be mentioned here that Delhi Police is not under the control of Delhi government. It is controlled by the Central government had been remained silent on this issue and thus killings, arsonning and looting of properties had been going on freely. It seems that no government was inexistence for stopping this kind of uncivilized crimes. Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal was helpless with the regard of curbing the riots as Delhi Police is not under his control. It was responsibility of Central government and its two highest office bearers naming Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for maintaining peace in Delhi and keeping averted such an ugly incidents taken place in the capital of the country.

Considering the above situation, one can draw conclusion that Narendra Modi and Amit Shah either had not been wanted peace to be maintain in Delhi and same time wanted of being Killed of peoples of a particular section. The attitude of not expressing their intention of curbing the riots in Delhi, reminds us the proverb "Rome was burning and Nero was playing flute".

मोहन भागवत में दूरदर्शिता की कमी।

अहमदाबाद में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवकों की एक सभा को 16 फरवरी को संबोधित करते हुए राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) के मुखिया मोहन भागवत ने हिंदू समाज में तलाक के बढ़ते हुए ग्राफ पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इससे हिंदू समाज में बिखराव पैदा हो रहा है। इसका कारण शिक्षा के फैलाव और लोगों में आई संपन्नता है। इससे पता चलता है कि मोहन भागवत की सोच बदलते समाज के खिलाफ है। इससे यह भी पता चलता है कि आरएसएस और इसके मुखिया समाज में हो रहे सकारात्मक परिवर्तन के खिलाफ हैं। यह स्मरणीय रहे कि भारत में हिंदू समाज हिंदू कानून द्वारा संचालित होते हैं न कि परंपरा और रूढ़ियों द्वारा। हिंदू कानून में तलाक का प्रावधान सबसे महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधान है। जब तलाक का प्रावधान हिंदू समाज में नहीं था तो हिंदू समाज में महिलाओं को जलाए जाने की घटनाएं सामान्य थीं। इस प्रकार हिंदू महिलाएं अमानवीय यातनाओं की शिकार थीं। तलाक के प्रावधान के सामने आने पर हिंदू महिलाओं की स्थिति में बदलाव आया क्योंकि उन्हें उल्लेखनीय मात्रा में स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त हुई। अब हिंदू पुरुष और महिलाएं अपने विवाहित संबंधों को खत्म करने के लिए अदालत का रास्ता अपना रहे हैं अगर वें समझते हैं कि उनका पारिवारिक जीवन सुचारू रूप से नहीं चल पा रहा है क्योंकि वें अब अनचाहे विवाहित जीवन को गुजारने के लिए मजबूर नहीं है। अब जबकि उन्हें अपने संबंधों को समाप्त करने की सुविधा प्राप्त हो गई है तो वें इस सुविधा को शांतिपूर्ण बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं। सवाल यह उठता है कि श्रीभागवत हिंदू पुरुष और महिलाओं को शांतिपूर्ण विवाहित जीवन गुजारने नहीं देना चाहते जो अदालत अपने संबंधों को विच्छेद कराने के लिए जाते हैं? जीवन से महत्वपूर्ण चीज़ मन और घर के वातावरण की शांति है। अगर ये दोनों शांति नहीं है तो जीवन नरक बन जाता है। इसलिए श्री भागवत को तलाक की बढ़ती हुई घटनाओं पर चिंता व्यक्त करने की अपनी सोच पर पुनर्विचार करना चाहिए क्योंकि तलाक पति-पत्नी के बीच अनसुलझे तनाव के नतीजे में पैदा हुए असहनीय दुखों के खात्मे का शांतिपूर्ण तरीका है।       

मोहन भागवत का यह बयान घोर महिला विरोधी है और घोर संविधान विरोधी भी है क्योंकि संविधान द्वारा महिलाओं को पुरुषों जैसा अधिकार दिया गया है और हिंदू कानून में महिलाओं को तलाक का अधिकार इसीलिए दिया गया है ताकि वें पुरुषों से अपना विवाहित संबंध ऐसी स्थिति में विच्छेद कर सके जब उनके लिए विवाहित जीवन गुजारना असंभव हो जाए।

Lack of farsightedness of Mohan Bhagwat

Addressing to a gathering of Swayamsewak workers on February 16 in Ahmedabad, Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat expressed his concerned on the rising graph of Divorce (Talaq) in Hindu society and said that it had been causing dissemination in the Hindu society. The Reason is the spread of education and the richness enjoyed by the people. This thinking of Mohan Bhagwat is against the tide of the time. It also shows that Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) and its Chief are against the positive changes took place in the society. It should be remembered that Hindu Society of India is governed by the Hindu act in place of Hindu tradition and dogmas. The Most important of Hindu law is the provision of Divorce. When the provision of Divorce was not introduce in the Hindu society and no way was available, Women burning incidents were common. Thus Hindus women pray of inhuman acts. After introduction of Divorce provision, the condition of Hindu women and changed resulting in they have been enjoying noteable quantity of freedom. Now Hindu men and women both oftenly go to court for ending their marriages, if they feel that their married life cannot be smoothly go ahead, because they are not compelled to lead a married life unwantedly. While they have facilities of getting their relationship end, they have been using it for leading a peaceful life. Question raises Does Mr. Bhagwat not want peaceful life of Hindu men and women, who go to Court for separation from each other? The Most important thing in the life is the peace of mind and peace in the atmosphere at home. If this is missed, the life becomes hell.

Mr. Bhagwat should rethink about his concerned for rising graph of Divorce as the Divorce is the peaceful way of ending miseries of Husband & Wife because of creation of unsolved tension in their relationship.

केजरीवाल ने दोबारा 'हिंदुत्वा' लहर को मात दे दिया।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और उनके लेफ्टिनेंट अमित शाह ने दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव जीतने के लिए अपनी पूरी ताकत झोंक दी थी। इसके बावजूद उन्हें अपमानजनक हार का सामना करना पड़ा और अब वें अपने ज़ख्मों को चाट रहे होंगे। अब यह समय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह के लिए गंभीरता से सोचने के लिए है कि किस तरह अरविंद केजरीवाल को भविष्य में हराया जाए? हम सब ने देखा कि चुनाव के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने शाहीन बाग़ के मुद्दे को पूरी ताकत से उठाकर दिल्ली के वातावरण का किस तरह धर्म के नाम पर ध्रुवीकरण किया? वास्तव में दिल्ली में चुनावी मुद्दों को धर्म के नाम पर ध्रुवीकरण का प्रयास दिल्ली में सफल नहीं हुआ। यह बात 2015 के विधानसभा चुनावों में साबित हुई और यही बात इस बार के विधानसभा चुनावों में भी साबित हुई। इसलिए भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के लिए यह स्पष्ट सबक है कि दिल्ली का विधानसभा चुनाव सांप्रदायिक मुद्दों के आधार पर नहीं जीता जा सकता। अगर केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार ने लोगों के लिए हितकारी काम किए होते और उनका दिल जीता होता तो निश्चय ही दिल्ली वाले भाजपा को चुनाव में अपना समर्थन देते जिसके नतीजे में पार्टी दिल्ली में सत्ता में पहुंचती। दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा की हार का एक प्रमुख कारण यह भी है कि दिल्ली नगर निगम में भ्रष्टाचार का बोलबाला है। इसके अलावा पार्षदों द्वारा कोई विकास कार्य नहीं किए गए। यह बात स्मरणीय है कि दिल्लीवासियों ने विधानसभा चुनावों के दौरान दिल्ली नगर निगम द्वारा विकास कार्य न किए जाने की खुलकर आलोचना की। इसके विपरीत केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव भारी बहुमत से जीता क्योंकि उन्होंने 2015 में चुनाव के दौरान दिल्ली की जनता से जो वादे किए थे उसे पूरा किया। उन्होंने इस चुनाव में दिल्लीवासियों से और चुनावी वादे किए जिसपर दिल्ली वालों ने उनपर भरोसा किया और उन्हें फिर सत्ता में ले आए। जनता की भावनाओं को सम्मान देना अच्छी राजनीति का संकेत है। केजरीवाल ने यह किया और इसकी बुनियाद पर फिर सत्ता में आए। अब जबकि वो इस तथ्य को जान गए हैं तो उम्मीद की जाती है कि वो मतदाताओं की भावनाओं को नजरअंदाज करने की गलती नहीं करेंगे। केजरीवाल की छवि ऐसे राजनीतिज्ञ की उभरी है जो शेखी नहीं बघारता बल्कि काम करता है। यही कारण है कि केजरीवाल को मतदाताओं ने भारी समर्थन दिया और उन्हें सत्तासीन किया। हम सबको उम्मीद है कि केजरीवाल ने चुनाव जीतने का जादू जान लिया है और इसलिए वो इसे भूलेंगे नहीं और भविष्य में मतदाताओं की भावनाओं का सम्मान करते रहेंगे।

Kejriwal again defeated 'The Hindutva' wave.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Lieutenant Amit Shah by throwing all possible forces in Delhi Assembly elections for winning it. They faced humiliated defeat and how they would have been licking their wounds. Now it is the time for PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah to ponder it seriously how to defeat Arvind Kejriwal in the future assembly elections? All of us saw how Narendra Modi and Amit Shah both for winning Delhi assembly elections Communalize the atmosphere of Delhi by raising the Shaheen Bagh issue with full strength? Infact Delhi is the state where communalization of issues for winning the elections does not have beneficial. It happened in 2015 and it happened now too. So, it is very clear lesson for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that Delhi assembly elections could not be won on communal issues. In the Central Government of the BJP would have performed well and would have own the heads of people of India, then Delhities would have necessarily supported the BJP in the Delhi assembly elections resulting in the BJP would come into power in Delhi this time. One of the main reason of defeat of the BJP in the Delhi assembly elections is corruptions pervaded in Delhi Metro corruptions. Beside it, no development works were delivered by the BJP corporators. Peoples of Delhi have been openly complaining about the non-performance of BJP corporators during the assembly elections. On the contrary Kejriwal won the assembly elections with thumping majority because of the fulfillment of its promises made by him in the last assembly elections. He again promised of delivering them on which Delhities trusted him and brought again into the power. To give respect to the feelings of peoples by a Politician is a good sign of healthy Politics. Kejriwal did it and came into power again on this quality. Now, when he has understood this fact very well, it is understood that he will not commit mistakes of ignoring the feelings of the people. The image of Kejriwal emerged as a Politician who do not boast but perform and such Politician always loved by the people. It is the reason that Kejriwal was supported and brought into the power third time. All of us hopes that Kejriwal has learned the magic of winning the elections, so he will not forget it and will go ahead of respecting the feelings of the people in the future too.
