In which way the Central government have been criticizing State government for not implementing 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' in their states, it gives this impression that all citizens of India should fall ill. So that, they could get benefits of 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme'. A few months ago during assembly elections in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had criticized Kejriwal government for not implementing the 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' and thus depriving Delhities from getting benefits from 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme'. In fact Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had made the 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' as its main issue in the Delhi assembly elections but Delhities had kicked it out from reaching near power. Now Home Minister Amit Shah has also raised the issue of 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' during his Digital rally in West Bengal and has heavily criticize Mamta government for not implementing 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' in her state for fear of popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to be gaining ground among the voters of the State. These two most top leaders of the Central government have not presenting true picture of the 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme', Instead of it they have been misguiding the citizens of India about this scheme as the statements of these two most important leaders of the Central government give this impression that the whole citizens of India will get benefit of this scheme if all states implement it while the truth is totally different.
As far as 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' is concerned, only deprived classes of the society which counts near about 10 crore families (50 crore persons) will get benefits of this scheme. Those who (Beggars, Waste Pickers, Household Chores, Street Vendors, Cobblers, Hawkers, Other construction workers, Plumbers, Masons, Labourers, Painters, Welders, Security guards, Porters, Other working men carrying weights) will be beneficiaries of this Health Scheme. The would be beneficiaries will have to go on the website of 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' and get themselves registered with it. Then they will be entitled for getting benefits of this scheme. Here we can easily presuppose it that people of these classes will not be able to become the beneficiaries of this scheme because most of them are illiterate and very poor and the internet is out of their reach. It is possible that some people from the above targeted category may avail the facility of internet by going to a Cyber Cafe and would get registered as a beneficiaries of 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme'. But the rest targeted people are not able to go to Cyber Cafe for getting themselves registered for the benefit of 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme'. Thus the fate of this scheme will be unfruitful. In this situation the claim made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi & Home Minister Amit Shah about depriving the facility of 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' from those people residing in the states where the 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme' has not been implemented, is false and unbelievable. It is a matter of strange that Central government have propagated about the number of beneficiaries having been reached at 1 crore till now. The truth of this propaganda of the Central government remains to be verified as no announcement of Modi government is believable.
According to the 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme', those who have gotten themselves registered as beneficiaries of this scheme, first they will have to go to other states from their home states and they should fall ill there. In this situation if they are admitted in the State government hospitals then they can get benefits of 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme'. In other words ailments of such patients will be treated free with the help of Rupees 5 lacs Medical insurance scheme which is being provided by Central government. Now it has become very clear that beneficiaries of this health scheme can get benefits only when they go to other states from their home states. Thus the intention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi & Home Minister Amit Shah seems bad about the beneficiaries of the 'Ayushman Bharat Scheme'.
