Has our country not run by constitutionally?

According to media reports two IAS officers have resigned recently from their post alleging that the basic constitutional principles are being raped by the government. The names of two IAS officers are Mr. Kannan Gopinath, Secretary, Power, Urban Development and Agriculture Departments, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Mr. S. Shrikant Senthil, Deputy Commissioner, Dakshin Kannad District, Karnataka. While Mr. Kannan Gopinath raised the step of scrapping the Article 370 of the constitution by the government and Mr. S. Shashikant Senthil has mention in his resignation paper that basic principles of constitution are being raped by the government and in near future the constitutional fabric of the country will be altered. These allegations are very serious and attract the attentions of all right thinking people of the country. As we know that the present government have been stoop to snatch the rights of the constitutional institutions. It is also said that the government is ignoring the Democratic Values and trying to harass a parricular community of the country. Not only in the country, Peoples are thinking about the deterioration values here. But 'Economics Intelligence Unit', an international organisation has also mulled our Democratic set up in a bad way and listed it on the paddle of 42th position which throwing the light on our thinking of not giving importance of constitutional values. The reason of deteriorating situation of Democratic Values in the country is cited about the rising of conservative forces in India by the organisation.
